Sugar content in Horslyx
Horslyx Mini contains a small amount of sugar compared to the daily diet of horses. For example, a 500kg horse will eat around 50kg of grass per day, which provides 2000g of sugar. If a horse eats 0.25kg of Horslyx, it will only provide 82.5g of sugar. Due to the small daily intake of the lollipop, horses will take in minimal additional sugar. What’s more, they can tolerate sugar well, especially when it is consumed in small amounts throughout the day – similar to when grazing or using a lollipop.
