Terms & Conditions – Black Paddock Equine

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store and the conditions for concluding sales agreements between the Seller and the Customer.
1.2. The online store is operated by K&K INVESTMENT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ headquartered at rzeszów 59 34-206, Poland, NIP: 5521703853, REGON: 121380575.
1.3. By using the store, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Placing Orders

2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store website.
2.2. To place an order, the Customer must provide accurate data necessary for completing the transaction and delivery.
2.3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming its receipt. The sales contract is concluded once the Seller accepts the order.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1. All prices listed in the store are in PLN and include VAT.
3.2. Payments are processed via, among others, PayU, PayPal, Klarna, and Shop Pay. Available methods:

  • Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

  • BLIK

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (via PayU)

  • Pay-by-link transfers (mBank, Pekao, Santander, PKO BP, etc.)

  • PayU Installments (PayU Raty)

  • Shop Pay

  • Klarna (“Pay in 30 days”)

  • PayPal

3.3. Card details are not stored by the Store.
3.4. The Store reserves the right to change prices and promotions.

4. Delivery and Order Fulfillment

4.1. Orders are processed on business days and shipped within the time frame stated on the product page.
4.2. Delivery is handled by courier companies, Poczta Polska, or InPost parcel lockers.
4.3. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For orders exceeding a certain value, free delivery may be offered.

5. Returns and Complaints

5.1. The Customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Full return terms can be found in the Return Policy.
5.2. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects can be submitted in accordance with the complaints procedure.

6. Liability and Consumer Rights

6.1. The Seller guarantees to deliver goods free from defects.
6.2. In case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer may exercise their statutory rights.
6.3. The Seller is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is K&K INVESTMENT SP. Z O.O.
7.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
7.3. Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms & Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the store’s website.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes in advance.
8.3. In matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
