In our store, we make sure that your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of payment being processed if the product is in stock. If the item is out of stock, processing time is 1 to 5 business days .

We have two warehouses – one in Poland and one in the Netherlands . We are one of the few stores in Poland that directly offers original products imported from the Netherlands.

Some of our products are located locally in Poland , while others are available from our warehouse in the Netherlands . Therefore, in some cases, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Orders from the Polish warehouse are delivered by DHL, DPD, InPost , and UPS within 1-2 business days (for InPost parcel lockers, the time is 1-3 business days ). Orders from the Dutch warehouse are shipped by DPD , with a delivery time of 4-6 business days . For international shipments, delivery time is typically 5-14 business days , depending on the country and carrier.

Depending on the type of order and product availability in individual warehouses, your order may be shipped in two separate packages .
