Shipping & Delivery Policy – Black Paddock Equine
1. General Information
1.1. Black Paddock Equine ships orders within Poland, throughout the European Union, and to selected international destinations.
1.2. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
1.3. Order processing includes order verification, picking, packing, and handing the shipment over to the selected carrier.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
2.1. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses located within the European Union. The estimated processing time is displayed on each product page.
2.2. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1–2 business days
🇩🇪 Germany: 1–2 business days
🇵🇱 Poland: 2–3 business days
🇧🇪 Belgium: 1–2 business days
🇫🇷 France: 2–3 business days
🇱🇺 Luxembourg: 2–3 business days
Delivery times to other European Union countries may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
2.3. If your order contains products stored in different warehouses, it may be shipped in multiple parcels. No additional shipping charges will apply.
2.4. Delivery times are estimates only. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the control of Black Paddock Equine, including carrier delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1. Shipping costs depend on the destination country, selected shipping method, and order value. Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
3.2. Orders containing oversized, heavy, or special transport items may require different shipping methods and additional shipping charges. Any additional costs will be displayed before the order is placed.
3.3. If an order is shipped from multiple warehouses, it may arrive in separate parcels. Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges as a result.

4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
4.2. Shipment status can also be monitored directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
5. Receiving Your Order
5.1. We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery.
5.2. If the package shows visible signs of damage, please report it to the courier immediately and contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
6. Delivery Delays & Shipping Issues
6.1. Black Paddock Equine is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.2. If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Support team so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
7. International Shipping
7.1. We currently ship throughout the European Union. Upon request, we may also arrange delivery to selected countries outside the European Union. International orders outside the EU are handled individually and subject to prior agreement.
7.2. International shipping costs depend on the destination country, shipping method, parcel size, weight, and order value. Shipping charges will either be displayed during checkout or quoted individually where applicable.
7.3. For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
