Winter Mix contains a combination of rosehips, thyme, chamomile flowers, fennel, plantain, hawthorn leaves and flowers, licorice root, peppermint stems, willow bark, and goldenrod. Rosehips, fennel, plantain, and willow bark support immunity. Thyme, chamomile, fennel, and licorice root support digestion. Thyme, plantain, licorice root, and peppermint stems support the respiratory system. Hawthorn leaves and flowers are good for circulation, and goldenrod supports the elimination of metabolic waste.
