A dual-action preparation – first cools, then warms. Intended for use on swelling, aching joints, and tense and stiff muscles.

Composition and action:
✔ Menthol – provides a cooling and warming effect
✔ Witch Hazel – helps reduce bruises
✔ Arnica – reduces inflammation
✔ Spike Lavender and Rosemary – stimulate circulation
